Overview
This demonstration project shows a corporate website for an industrial services company, built the way Saad builds business sites: every service gets its own page with a clear message, the quote form reaches the right person, and the team can edit texts, images and translations without calling a developer.
The site is available in several languages, including Arabic with a true right-to-left layout, and each language has its own URLs and search metadata rather than a translated copy under one address.
The challenge
Many company websites are brochures that no longer match the business. Services are described on one long page, the contact form lands in an unread inbox, updates wait for the agency, and the site is slow on phones. For companies that sell in several countries, adding a language often means a second, out-of-sync website.
The solution
The concept organises the site around what the company sells: a clear homepage, one page per service, industries, projects and a contact route that asks the right questions. A lightweight CMS lets the team manage pages, sections, images and translations, with search previews and length checks built in. Enquiries are validated, protected against spam and forwarded by email with the page they came from.
Key features
- Homepage, service pages, industries, projects and careers
- Quote request form with spam protection and email routing
- CMS for pages, sections, images and navigation
- Multilingual content with a genuine Arabic right-to-left layout
- Search appearance preview and length checks per page
- Automatic sitemap, canonical URLs and hreflang
- Structured data for the organisation and its services
- Fast loading on phones with optimised images
Who it is for
- Service companies whose website no longer reflects the business
- Businesses operating in more than one language
- Teams that want to update their site without an agency
- Companies that get leads from search and need a clear quote route
Technical approach
Next.js renders pages statically and revalidates them when content changes, so pages load fast and stay easy for search engines to crawl. Content is stored in PostgreSQL through Prisma with one row per language, and next-intl handles localized routing and hreflang. Structured data, a generated sitemap and canonical URLs are part of the build rather than an afterthought.

Questions about this type of project
Is this the website of a real company?
No. The company name and content are fictional and every screen is labelled as sample content. It demonstrates the structure and features Saad uses for corporate websites.
Can we edit the website ourselves after launch?
Yes. The CMS covers pages, sections, images and translations, so everyday updates do not need a developer. Structural changes — new page types or features — are handled as development work.
How is a multilingual company website handled for SEO?
Each language has its own URLs, titles and descriptions, linked with hreflang tags. A language is only published once its content is actually written, so search engines never index half-translated pages.
